For a family of 4 and with a long stay of relatives, the kitchen was an important space. We spend time designing and finalizing the kitchen layout. The end result was worth the effort. The kitchen was completely transformed, with new cabinets, appliances, and countertops. The bathrooms were updated with new fixtures, tile, and lighting. The hardwood floors throughout the condo gave the space a warm and inviting feel. The lighting fixtures added a touch of elegance to the overall design.

5-ROOM HDB
The house was last renovated in the late 1990s. The house was in absolutely original condition. We had to do a lot of hacking and cleanup to get rid of old fixed-wall cabinets and beds. We made full use of the spacious 5-ROOM HDB with minimal built-in structure and maximum focus on addressing the functionality of the house. Bathrooms were layout and designed modified to reflect a modern look and ease of use. The kitchen was uplifted to a bright and clean look.

We integrated new cabinets with the existing old cabinets. Needed to create a seamless flow of old to new cabinets without comprising the aesthetics and functionality. We spent a lot of time sourcing the right laminate that can match with old laminates already in place. The kitchen was fully redone with new cabinets and a new layout of the stove, sink, and dish drying rack. The existing Parquet floor was repolished for a shiny new finish. The master bathroom was hacked and redone with new tiles, shower glass, and cabinets. Added additional cabinets in the bedroom for additional storage.

We were thrilled to tackle the challenge of revamping this beloved establishment. Our mission: to breathe new life into the space, enhance its aesthetic appeal, and provide a practical solution for the high-traffic area. In just one night, we completely transformed the flooring, giving the bar and restaurant a fresh and modern look.
Out with the Old: The first step of our project involved removing the old, damaged wooden flooring that had seen better days. Years of wear and tear had left it looking tired and worn. It was time for a change, and we had just the solution in mind to give the establishment a stunning makeover.
In with the New: To provide a lasting and contemporary flooring solution, we decided to lay down a fresh cement floor. Cement flooring not only offers a sleek and modern appearance but also boasts incredible durability.
